As of  01/4/2012 the allergy cards are distributed by aha! Allergy Centre Switzerland.

By clicking on the picture or www.aha.ch  medical practices, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and healthcare professionals can order via online form. The minimum order is 10 pieces. Each allergy card is delivered with a transparent protective film. The allergy cards are available in German and French.

Costs
The minimum order amount is CHF 10 (each additional piece for CHF 1). Shipping fees are charged separately. The delivery is sent by B-post.
